Help with 80 entirely free Campaign levels across eight packs, local Daily, personal History, Settings, or the private TestFlight beta.

Initial external beta invitations are limited to adults in the United Kingdom and United States and are sent by email. There is no public TestFlight link.

Game and beta support

Email support@playmidpoint.com. The address is monitored by GRADIENTS LABS LTD.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, MIDPOINT version and build, what you expected, and what happened. Say whether the issue affects Campaign, Daily, History, Settings, sound, sharing, or notifications. A screenshot or short recording is useful when it is safe to share.

Never send an Apple Account password, payment-card details, private device History, or unnecessary sensitive information. MIDPOINT has no player account, purchases, or public leaderboard.

Privacy and analytics

Email privacy@playmidpoint.com for a privacy question or applicable rights request. Read the privacy notice for the complete data and retention explanation.

Campaign progress, settings and History stay on your device. This private beta has MIDPOINT analytics transport disabled, so neither “Share Limited Data” nor “Not Now” sends a MIDPOINT analytics summary, and every feature remains available. You can change the choice in Settings at any time.

Security reports

Email security@playmidpoint.com for a vulnerability report or suspected security issue.

Include the affected app version, clear reproduction steps, and the likely impact. Do not access other people's information, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose sensitive details before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
